Mami is a Technical Product Manager at Megagon Labs, Tokyo office, where she bridges AI research and business to bring innovation to real-world services. She also serves as the People Manager for the research organization, overseeing teams of Research Scientists and Research Engineers.

Before joining Megagon Labs, Mami led R&D-driven business development initiatives and worked in sales across multiple departments at Recruit. She holds a B.S. in Robotics from the University of Tokyo, reflecting her background and curiosity in engineering.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children, who are her constant source of inspiration.
