Koji is a Technical Product Manager at Megagon Labs, Tokyo office. He joined Recruit in 2017 and spent over six and a half years working as a software engineer, contributing to the development of a wide range of products. He later transitioned his career into product management.
He is currently focused on delivery leadership at the intersection of engineering and product management, aiming to rapidly and accurately deliver value that users need.
