Kei is the CEO of Megagon Labs and VP of the Research and Innovative Technology Office at Recruit Co., Ltd.
He began his career at Recruit as a computer network engineer, later taking on responsibilities in web product design and system development during a time when the internet was rapidly emerging as a major business industry in Japan.
Since then, he has led a wide range of pioneering projects, including introducing Recruit’s first agile development practices, establishing company-wide application infrastructure, and driving initiatives in internet marketing and smart device application development.
He is passionate about creating new value through technology and realizing innovations that have a meaningful impact on society.
