Hironori Onoue earned his Master’s degree in Information Engineering from Kagoshima University Graduate School. After working as a software engineer and business consultant at a startup, Hironori joined the New Business Development Division at Recruit as a development engineer, where he was involved in developing new services. Later, his responsibilities included implementing machine learning in business applications, conducting technical due diligence for corporate venture capital, formulating blockchain investment strategies, and investing in startups. Most recently, he has been working on streamlining investment operations using generative AI.

Hironori is strongly interested in emerging technologies and businesses and enjoys turning ideas into reality. His hobbies include fishing and karate, and he is a devoted cat lover.
