Juan began his career at Recruit, where he worked in consulting sales for the housing sector, supporting major real estate companies across Japan. In this role, he developed a deep understanding of the industry and honed his ability to identify client needs and deliver effective solutions.

He later transitioned to Recruit’s New Business Development division and joined Blogwatcher Inc., a Recruit Group subsidiary, where he led business planning, service development, and product management for location-based data services. His responsibilities spanned from product strategy and execution to team leadership.

Today, Juan leads product development efforts aimed at bringing cutting-edge research into real-world applications. Acting as a bridge between business and technology, he focuses on maximizing product value and enhancing user experience.
