Aaron is a Research Engineer at Megagon Labs, Tokyo office, specializing in data management and AI.
Before joining Megagon Labs, he spent several years as a Senior Software Engineer in Silicon Valley.
He has co-authored research papers published in top-tier database conferences such as SIGMOD, VLDB, and ICDE, with his work receiving over 1,000 citations.
Additionally, Aaron has served as Project Management Committee (PMC) Chair for an Apache Top-Level Project (TLP).
He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a B.S. from Peking University, and has also pursued computer science studies at Stanford University and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
