Makiko is Head of Operations at Megagon Labs, leading HR, branding, finance, legal, operations, and business strategy. Prior to joining Megagon Labs in 2015, she was leading various marketing and business development projects for startups and a multinational company in Silicon Valley. Previously, she was based in Tokyo, Japan and led global marketing at Sony. She has her BA in Sociology and Geography (GIS) from the University of Washington.
