Kei is CEO of Megagon Labs and an Executive Manager of Megagon Labs Japan at Recruit Co., Ltd. He started his career at Recruit as a computer network engineer, then went on to manage web product designs and system developments when the internet was rapidly emerging as a business industry in Japan. He later led and supervised various front-line projects such as the first agile development, company-wide application system infrastructure development, internet marketing, application development for smart devices, and many more. He is enthusiastic about creating innovations with new technologies.
